It is NOT surprising that HE enjoys cooking a mixture of International foods for intimate dinner parties.

Before completing several graduate degrees - at leisure and without any stress - for over 25 years, HE worked/lived on every continent, except South America, travelling on an EU passport.

The most vital job was teaching Muslim/Jewish/Christian children in Jerusalem, while the most gratifying job was working with Vietnamese/Cambodian refugees, on an Indonesian island.
