Hello. I am a nice, Intelligent, somewhat shy and reserved person. I just recently graduated from college and now I work in a lab that synthesizes protiens. I enjoy outdoor activities (hiking, camping, kayaking). I also enjoy social things such as going out to see movies, dinning out, our even just staying home and hanging out with friends and family. I like engaging in stimulating conversation such as politics, life, science, art and other things. I also like to joke and have fun. I am a very outgoing person once you get to know me. I use to be an avid hiker/camper. I've done two week excursions in the mountains of New Mexico, rafting in Alaska, Canoeing in the lakes of Canada, repelled into a 180ft cave, and I've climbed atop the peak of Mt. Whitney. I have family in Greece, so I've occasionally visited there with brief stops in other European countries. I would like in the future to visit more of the world, but wishing doesn't make it happen, so this is a real goal of mine. Since I've started my job my social life has hit a road-bump. If someone is into outdoor stuff I would love to join!

I am moderately conservative (socially and politically), yet I do have liberal exceptions. A Californian conservative is probably the most left leaning conservative there is! I know how to have fun or just relax with friends. I do take the working world and politics serious, but I also have a dumb sense of humor that only people close to me know about. I believe that anyone can have fun, joke and act stupid when you're around loved ones. LOL :)

I have a small family who I love dearly. I try to live by morals and standards; it seems that my generation has no value for them. On a lighter note, I chose my "fish personality" as the turtle, not because I'm boring (because I'm NOT!), but because I see myself as down-to-earth and even-tempered. And lastly about me, as my header says, "Still Waters Run Deep" is probably the best description of me.
