I try to eat healthy, and eat only things that are good for me. I avoid eating meat, trans fats, sugar, and junk food in general. I'm a part-time vegetarian. I eat vegetarian at home, but will eat fish or chicken when eating out or traveling. I workout regularly, and I appreciate people who take care of their body as well as their mind. I have been fit all my life, and was running before work when almost no one else was running for health.

I want to love and be loved. But first, I want to be and have a really good friend and companion.

I was a lawyer for many years, but recently went to social work school and became a social worker. Then I took training to become a LIfe Coach.

I have been fluent in Spanish since I was in the Peace Corps, and I work hard at maintaining and improving my Spanish speaking ability. I have traveled extensively, mostly to countries where Spanish is the primary language.

I'd love to have a travel companion, and it would be great if she knew some Spanish.
