| | Details about me: | Ok here's the deal. I'd rather be perfectly honest and give you straight up what I'm looking for, rather than to be vaguely ambigous and send out the wrong message. I'd love to meet an intelligent, confident Chinese guy :) Realistically speaking, looks is one thing but a man with a brain certainly appeals more than one with all the looks to cause a nuclear meltdown in the female population but keeps having question marks flashing on the top of his head. Someone who can speak English (and who doesn't pronounce facade as fah-kah-deh...*shudder*). Someone who has a sense of humour, I guess that's kinda important to me because I love surrounding my life with laughter and I'd love to meet like minded souls out there who feel the same. No, not the maniacal laughter type (neeeeeeext!) but... you know, the jovial kind. I'd love to meet someone who loves to sing because I love singing. Not professionally of course. If you can love karaoke and when you sing, the people around don't dive for cover, that'll do :P A good ol' regular, chinese guy. I'm not looking for Mr Handsome, or Mr Muscular or Mr Perfect. I'm just hoping to meet the man who'd fit well with my personality. Now that wasn't too hard, was it? :o)
As for me...well let's see. I'm your average Chinese girl who's got a stable, comfortable job. I speak mostly English all my life so my chinese dialects are a lil' rusty. I'm a little on the round side (can I call that bubbly?) but I'm not that round that each time I walk, the earth shudders haha. What's the word a friend used to call it - delightfully whole. Whatever that means. I love music! I play the piano, took lessons until I discovered studying the thing killed my love for music generally so I stopped. I play by ear, have always had a thing for tunes in my head and have a healthy enough set of lungs to carry a tune comfortably on a good day. Don't ask me what happens on a bad day :P I love life, I want to embrace every day with as much positive vibes that I can muster. I haven't met the man who could call out to the side of me that would wear my heart on my sleeve and just let go completely - frankly, I don't know if I'll ever meet him but I'd kick myself in the butt if I don't try. So that, at the end of the day, brings me to what I'm doing here. Kinda like a shot in the dark, eh?
